This holiday home is located in an enclosed housing complex on a cul de sac on a lake in Bonita Springs, in between Fort Myers and Naples. The 170 m² property is great for a relaxing holiday. The semidetached house was built in 1984 and last renovated in 2018.
During the last renovation in 2018 many new pieces of furniture and TVs were bought. Also the air conditioning is new. When renovating in 2019 new bathrooms were installed. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a coffee table, a television with a CD/DVD player and a desk with Wi-Fi connection. The open plan kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and ice cube maker, a dishwasher and a large bar with seating accommodation. The dining table in the dining room offers seating for six people. There is a bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a washer and dryer on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the top floor, where you will find the master bedroom with a 2 m double bed and a large bathroom with a large shower, a double sink, a hairdryer and a separate toilet. The guest room is furnished with two 90 cm single bed and hits bathroom offers a bathtub, a sink, a hairdryer and a toilet. The two single beds can be combined to a double. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi and television and offers views of the lake. The living room, the kitchen, the two bedrooms and the lanai are equipped with fans. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and even in the pool area. The landlord will provide you will the password. Board games are available free of charge.
In front of the dining room is an outdoor space where you can barbecue. The master bedroom grants access to a furnished balcony. It is furnished with plenty of sun loungers and chairs. There are a spacious patio, where you can smoke and a lanai with mosquito screens. Three bicycles are available free of charge. Everything you need for a day on the beach is at the house: sun shade, chairs, a small cart for transport and a cool box. The complex houses two large, heated pools, two tennis courts and a club house - all free of charge to the residents of the complex. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers and is open year round. From time to time, parties are held in the club house. All visitors are welcome. Free parking can be found behind the house. Parking is also available in the garage.

It is 600 meters to a mall with a large supermarket (Publix). It is 8 km to Naples and 25 km to Fort Myers.
