This luxury holiday home is situated on a 4,000 m2 large dune plot with a view to the sea. The red brick-house is situated in the first range of dunes, just 300 m from the beach. There are white walls and pine-ceilings. The brick floors have floor heating, the bedrooms are carpeted. You will find a dishwasher and a microwave in the well-equipped kitchen. From the large and nicely furnished living room, there is access to the large terrace facing east and the 20 m2 large swimming pool, the sauna and the whirlpool for 2 persons. There are two bathrooms with floor heating. The house is heated with an oil burner which reduces the heating costs. The house is suitable for more than family.
