Air-conditioned villa with a private pool, less than 1km from the beach

This comfortable villa with a private pool is situated in the historical town Fethiye, in the Koca Calis district not far from the beach (800m) and water sports facilities. The house is in a quiet residential area that is inhabited by locals and tourists in summer. It is about 7km to the vibrant town centre with its old town and the harbour. It is about 40 minutes by car from Dalaman airport.

The detached villa provides 180m² of living space and is spread over three floors. It provides ample space for up to ten people. The sociable ground floor comprises the entrance, the living and dining room, the large kitchen and the guest WC, while the five bedrooms and three shower rooms are on the upper floors. The five cosy bedrooms ensure a good night’s sleep. The large master bedroom of around 20m² has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a private ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (160 x 200cm). Both rooms open onto a balcony. The twin bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm). A French balcony with a sliding door creates a special atmosphere. There is also a further shower room on this floor. On the third floor, there are two more bedrooms and a shower room. After a trip to the beach, you can relax in the living room on two sofas, with the flatscreen satellite TV providing entertainment. As there are two satellite dishes, you can receive German ASTRA channels as well as English, French and Turkish channels. Next to the sofa there is the dining table with six chairs, inviting you to enjoy meals together. You can find all essential cooking utensils in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a water dispenser. Free wireless Internet access as far as the garden, kitchen towels, shower towels and bed linen are provided for your holiday. Air conditioning units in all the rooms ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The 650m² enclosed private site is very well-tended, charmingly planted and features many details. The pool measures around 10 x 6 metres and is available for your own exclusive use day and night. The garden has a brick-built barbecue grill (charcoal), inviting you to enjoy leisurely grill evenings outdoors. There is a comfortable wicker seating group on the generous roofed veranda. The two beanbags, which can be used anywhere on site, are ideal for relaxing in the sunshine or under the shade of palm trees. There are also sun loungers by the pool. Enjoy the sunshine and relax with your friends, while the children play on the veranda or in the garden. There is an enclosed car parking space on site.

The evening atmosphere at the illuminated pool and in the garden are unforgettable, with a romantic and Mediterranean flair. Let it cast a spell on you while you enjoy warm evenings on the veranda.

The proximity to Göcek (yacht harbour) 15 minutes away and to Fethiye also make Villa Cactus attractive to sailing enthusiasts. Water sports such as surfing and kite surfing provide entertainment in the immediate vicinity. The old town also offers centuries-old sights.
