Welcome to this attractive, high-standard holiday home on Orust! The spacious house is set only 10 metres from the coast and features a panoramic view of the sea.

The interior of the house is shipshape and tastefully decorated. The ceilings are high and the many windows let in plenty of light. The open plan living room and kitchen are well-equipped. In the living room you will find a large sofa suite, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with a DVD-player. Free wireless internet access is included. The second living room also has a wood-burning stove, as well as beautiful Chesterfield sofas. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom features two single beds, and the third bedroom features a bunk bed. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, a washing machine, and underfloor heating. The house has an amazing terrace that overlooks the water.

There's a private bathing spot with a bathing dock only 700 metres from the house. There's also a public beach with a dock and a diving tower by the inn in Slussen. The inn has a very popular restaurant and also offers live music.

Henån is eight kilometres away and this is where you'll find necessary services and shops. There's a small kiosk in Slussen but for other shopping Henån is the place to go. Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayaking, diving, fishing, and golfing. There are many charming little seaside towns within driving distance, and you mustn't miss visiting the beautiful islands Gullholmen and Käringön. In the middle of Orust you will find the shopper's paradise, Göksäter, also worth a visit! Göteborg is only 75 kilometres away.

Please note: The house is set on an elevated plot so it is wise to keep an eye on smaller children.

    “Fantastisk flot, rent og dejligt hus, med en helt utrolig beliggenhed. Fantastisk terrasse med udsigt ud over vandet, og med sol fra formiddag til sen aften. Morgensolen er på den anden side af huset, hvor man kan nyde sin morgenmad.
    Hvis man ønsker fred og ro, så er det et perfekt sted, da der stilhed og ikke så meget at foretage sig. Dog kan det anbefales at tage turbåden rundt i skærgården. Turen tager 2 timer og koster 100 skr. pr. person.
    De søde ejere af huset bor i et hus ved siden af, og de er meget hjælpsomme hvis der er noget med huset, eller man har spørgsmål.
    Vi kan kun anbefale dette fantastiske sommerhus.”
