This beautiful and exclusive holiday villa with private swimming pool is located in idyllic tranquility near the capital Palma at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains in the direction of Soller.
This property is an ideal base for exploring the island. This perfect holiday home offers approximately 250 m² of living space spread over 2 floors, a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and therefore enough space for up to 8 guests.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine, the living-dining room with fireplace and access to the covered pool terrace equipped with a long dining table, one of the four bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there are the other three bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90cm) with its own en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms also have double beds (each with two single beds 0.90 x 1.90cm) and a view of the garden and pool and the great mountain panorama. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. From the living room and kitchen you can access the covered terrace with dining table and there is also a brick and covered BBQ grill area about 20 meters from the house.
Adjacent here is the beautiful, well-kept garden which houses the swimming pool with 10 m x 5 m (depth 0.40 m to 2 m with staircase entry) with an outdoor shower, surrounded by palm trees and lots of greenery. Sun loungers and parasols are available.
The location of the villa in the north between the capital Palma de Mallorca and the coastal town of Soller is simply the ideal starting point, be it to get to the nearby beaches or simply to explore the island
