Can Bauza is a beautiful and spacious 4-bedroomed villa with private pool, perfectly located just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa and the wide array of facilities that this sought after holiday resort can offer. Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been carefully designed to provide wide spaces to spend time all together. On the ground floor there is a huge lounge (with patio doors opening out to the pool patio), a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 cooking rings, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine), a double bedroom and a family shower room. On the upper floor there are 3 further large bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have access to private terraces offering lovely views over the pool and the local pine trees: a beautiful sight at any time of the day! T
For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available with presence sensor system
Outside, the villa has extensive paved terraces both on ground floor and first floor, perfect for enjoying a delicious al-fresco dinner or a glass of wine while enjoying the views (a large dining table is provided). A brick-built barbecue is also available. The private swimming pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and will be the perfect spot for chilling out after a long day on the nearby beach. Parking is also available free of charge.
