House is on approximately 250m2. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms ( each of which has it's own bathroom), separate bathroom in the hallway, living room and a kitchen. On the first floor there is one bedroom with a large bathroom and another living room with a large sofa and a 4kHD TV.
Living rooms include a sofa, TV (one of which is a smart TV) and air conditioning.
There is also a washing machine in the villa.
The kitchen is fully equiped with: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, diswasher, coffe maker, water kettle and toaster.
Bed sheets and towels are fully available and free of charge.
The entire house is available only to You ( the owner is sometimes in an other, separated object on the property).
Wi-Fi is fully available and free of charge.
POOL is private, there are no other guests other than You. The pool is 10 m long and 5 m wide. The depth is 130-150 cm. The entire pool is surrounded with a sundeck. There are six deck chairs. There is also an outside shower and a bathroom near the pool.
TERRACE AND THE BALCONY are equiped with the garden furniture and has the view on the pool and the garden with olive trees.
BARBECUE AND A BREAD OVEN with all the equipement, woods and cole are available and free of charge.
PARKING / GARAGES are in the property and under the video survailance – free.
