Large bright living room with fireplace and exit to the covered terraces; tasteful furnishings. From everywhere you have a wide view over the valley. Crib on request. To the cottage belongs a private area of the well-kept garden plot, with barbecue. The owner's family lives in the family house below and occasionally uses the pool. The location is particularly convenient for visiting the towns worth seeing in southern Tuscany: Arezzo 18km, Cortona 22km, Montepulciano 30km; but within an hour's drive you can also easily reach Siena, Perugia, Florence and Lake Trasimeno (40km). Monte San Savino 8km.
