Exclusive Design Villa in the dunes near the Beach, Rooftop with pool, professional kitchen

The House is a stunning luxury villa located on Pego beach, near Comporta, one of the most exclusive places in Portugal.
This single floor house with a unique design, that rises from the sand dunes, accommodates 6 people. It has a private heated pool, sunny terrace, garden, breathtaking views and an interiour courtyard for total privacy and relax.

THE HOUSE
The Villa is an amazing, simple yet luxurious house. It has a unique, clean architectural design where concrete, very large glass windows and pine wood decks, shades and terrace blend perfectly. It's located in one of the most exclusive places in Portugal - Comporta - on a five minute walking distance from Pego Beach, chosen for several years as the best portuguese beach for its clean waters, sand and accessibilities.

It has 1 master suite and 2 double bedrooms, a 60 square meter living-room with flat-screen TV, suspended gyrofocus fireplace, amazing views and sea and nature sounds on the large front deck.
It has heated floor all over the house, 30 square meter kitchen, fully equipped with Siemens appliances, with a central cooking isle. Large dining area with table for eight, facing the 46 square meters interior courtyard.
The Villa also has a fully equipped laundry room, Nespresso coffee machine and griller on the outside.

THE FUN
WIFI internet, HI-FI Stereo, FM Radio with iPod input, Cable TV with Movie and Series channels and 80 other channels, Media Player with USB port for playing your favourite Divx or MKV movies and tv shows

THE POOL
On top of the house, lies a sunny terrace with a stunning private pool.
The pool has 30 square meters (10 meters long, 3 meters wide) and was built with a microcement finish that gives a unique look and feel.
The Villa’s pool has a water heating system to ensure that it can be used all year round, both day and night. Currently, it's running at 28 ºC. During low season (01/11-31/03), the pool heating is not available.
The pool is maintained and cleaned by qualified personal to ensure water quality and conditions.
The pool is about 1,20 meters deep and has an electric cover to help prevent accidents and to keep water temperature.
If you would like to use the Villa's pool in April or October, we charge 250 euro per week for pool heating. If you stay for 2 weeks we charge pool heating as if it was just one week. 
 
THE TERRACE
The sunny terrace has 150 square meters and it's elevated position ensures maximum privacy.
It is covered in pine wood, ideal to sunbathe and relax.

THE GARDEN
The concept is to merge with the surrounding territory, through the choice of native species, such as pine trees.
The land is sculptured like a sand dune, sprinkled with tipical beach species, aiming for effortless, unpretensious landscaping.

Our guests will have exclusive access to all the house, garden, private pool and sunny terrace.
Price includes sheets, towels and 1 cleaning service per week.

    “Wir haben im Casa do Pego zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht - die gekonnt reduzierte zeitgenössische Architektur und die dem Stil des Hauses punktgenau angepasste Inneneinrichtung sind ein kleines Wunderwerk.
    Inmitten einer noch sehr ursprünglichen, landwirtschaftlich genutzten Umgebung liess es sich herrlich entspannen. Die grossartige Dünenlandschaft des Praia do Pego ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und im Oktober fast menschenleer- für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge ideal geeignet. Positiv: Die Betreuung durch den Eigentümer: Angefangen mit ausführlichen Informationen zur Anfahrt ab Lissabon und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung des Hauses schon vor der Abreise, über die ständige Verfügbarkeit während des Aufenthalts bis hin zur persönlichen Verabschiedung am Tag der Abreise. Exzellente, hochwertige Ausstattung mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, die alle fünf Tage gewechselt wurden - zusammen mit einer Komplettreinigung des Hauses.Der schöne, kontemplative Innenhof und der temperierte Pool auf dem Sonnendach - mit einmaligem Ausblick auf die Umgebung.Die große Anzahl der Störche mit ihren Nestern auf fast jedem Mast oder Dach. Negativ: -- Beste Reisezeit: Im Oktober ist in Comporta und Umgebung Nachsaison - ideal für alle, die ferab vom touristischen Trubel Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant - Die Auswahl der Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe ist nicht gross - im Umkreis von 10 - 20 km findet man aber alle Kategorien (Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich!).”
