Our holiday home Benestar in Playas de Muro is a wonderful accommodation with pool and garden for 6 persons, maintained and decorated to the smallest detail and only 200m from the sandy beach on the most natural stretch of beach in the whole bay of Alcudia, just in front of the natural park S'Albufera.
Benestar is a spacious and bright 2-storey house, which is very easy to reach. You can park directly in front of the house or use the private garage in the basement. Upon entering the property, we are greeted by a well-kept garden, where a hundred-year-old olive tree stands out to greet us. In front of the S'Albufera Natural Park, there is a first terrace where you can enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast.
We continue along the exterior corridor of the house until we find the large rear terrace of the house, where the private pool of 20 m2 and 1.4 m is located. Deep, undoubtedly the perfect place to dive in after a long day at the beach, with a hammock area and outdoor shower where you can cool off.
This large terrace has a built-in barbecue next to a large outdoor table for 6 people, where you can spend long and entertaining evenings with your family under the Mediterranean stars.
The first impression when entering the house is the quality of the materials of this villa, the taste in decoration and the care of the whole house. We are greeted by a bright living-dining room with air conditioning, a wood-burning stove, WIFI and satellite TV, which opens its doors to a terrace under a veranda overlooking the natural park.
Next to the living room is the kitchen in fine wood, perfectly equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and all the appliances to make your holiday unforgettable.
On the ground floor is the first bedroom with 2 single beds and next to the family bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads us to the first floor where we find two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of them has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom is the master bedroom and offers a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with bath and double washbasin and a spectacular en-suite terrace with views of S'Albufera.
Undoubtedly, Benestar is the ideal place to spend a quiet family holiday in a house cared for to the smallest detail and in an exceptional location between the S'Albufera Natural Park, the largest wetland in the Balearic Islands with only 300 inhabitants, metres, and the spectacular white sand Muro beach just 2 minutes walk, which is a true paradise for families and children. A residential area of absolute tranquillity and very close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and other leisure facilities where you can enjoy the perfect holiday.
