Our Agnes Hofer guesthouse is family-friendly and run according to the motto MODERN and Tyrol. It is centrally, yet quietly located at the heart of Fulpmes in the Stubaital and two large apartments (60 - 90m²) guarantee enjoyable accommodation. The two beautiful apartments, each awarded with a 3- and 4-Edelweiss rating respectively, are equipped with all modern pleasures you expect, as well as a fireplace, high chair and cot for children, separate bedrooms and Wi-Fi. Both apartments are accessible via separate entrances, thus guaranteeing your privacy. Enjoy the luxury of a large kitchen, separated from the living room. We are happy to offer our guests a fresh roll service. Alternatively you can find a bakery in the centre of Fulpmes which is only a 3-minute walk away. The Serles apartment has its own terrace with garden and sunbathing lawn from where you can enjoy the view of the Stubai Mountains. In summer you will find a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast and we offer plenty of toys for your children such as table tennis in the garden. The special feature of the Serles apartment is your own sauna where you can relax after an eventful day in the Stubaital. The newly constructed, fully-furnished Adlerhorst apartment on the first floor does not only offer a fantastic panoramic view of the imposing Stubai Mountains, but state-of-the-art interior design. On the 2 spacious balconies of the Adlerhorst apartment you will surely appreciate the warmth of the sun or a relaxing spot in the shade. Both in summer and winter our house is an ideal starting point for sports activities. Whether skiing at the Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes or hiking with the Stubai Supercard in the family-friendly Schlick 2000 resort. In this unique natural paradise, there is something for every holiday maker’s taste available. The ski bus to the Schlick 2000 and the Stubai Glacier skiing resort that offers secure snow conditions can be reached within 2 minutes only. All the supermarkets and restaurants are just 5 minutes away from the apartment on foot. Leave your car parked in our garage or carport, stretch your legs and take in the crystal clear Tyrolean mountain air. Stubai Super Card includes free Stubaitalbahn rides, where you can enjoy an idyllic trip from Fulpmes across the beautifully flowering Telfer Wiesen to Innsbruck. With its beautiful view the Franz- Senn-Weg invites you to take a first walk towards Neustift. Every Wednesday in summer you can enjoy the concerts of the Fulpmes brass band directly from the balcony and the terrace. Of course, we also have bikes available for our enthusiastic cyclists. And for a special night sledding experience at Schlick 2000 every Thursday, we are happy to offer our sleds. A warm welcome greeting from the beautiful Stubaital sends your host Aki Hofer!
