Situated on the 1st floor of a new building, this 125m2 3.5-room apartment offers relaxed luxury in an urban location. The spacious dining/living area with open, high quality, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large, sunny balcony. There are two double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. There is an integrated laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

WiFi and a garage parking space are included in the rent.

The apartment has air conditioning.

    “wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen Positiv: Viel Platz, gute Aufteilung mit 2 Badezimmern Negativ: Heizung etwas warm eingestellt.
    Nebenkosten sind ziemlich hoch, dafür Grundpreis günstig, somit war der Preis insgesamt ok. Restaurant: Pasta Store im Westbahnhof - Italienisch, gemütlich, grosse Auswahl an Pasta”
