Pleasant Apartment in Valica with Private Parking

The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house with a shared swimming pool. The house is located in the village of Valica just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by a spacious garden in the fenced property, ideal for families with children or pets. The famous pebble beach Kanegra is easily reachable on foot (1800 m), near the La Parenzana cycle path for cycling lovers along which they can admire the wonders of western Istria. In a few minutes by car you can reach excellent restaurants offering excellent typical Istrian fish and meat menus, the city of Umag and the market. The apartment for couples with a private entrance and balcony on the first floor of the house offers the living area with a stove equipped with 2 electric hobs, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The dining table with seating for 2, flat-screen satellite TV, exit to the balcony. Wi-fi internet connection is free. The bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer and external window, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The bedroom with double bed, window, wardrobe and bedside tables. The bed linen provided (changed weekly). In front of the house in the courtyard, there is a parking space to park safely, in the large garden the shared barbecue. The shared pool area, equipped with deck chairs and an outdoor shower. In the garden the swing for the joy of children. The apartment is the ideal accommodation for couples. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The owners live in the same house but with different entrances. The house has a swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas for shared use with the other apartments. Upon arrival, you will receive a pass to enter Kanegra village and use the village's bathing facilities for free. Come and visit us, we look forward to seeing you. In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets various possibilities of tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
