The house is in a quiet location about 300m from the never-crowded sandy beach. You are here on the edge of a nature reserve, so you live here in the last village in a kind of dead end. You don't have to worry about annoying car noise. Only the herds of sheep and goats, which are herded past the house almost every morning, with their little bells around their necks, bring some variety to the otherwise constant peace and quiet. Every morning the baker comes directly to the house and every two days the fruit and vegetable seller. This holiday apartment offers space on approx. 70m² and has two separate bedrooms. In the first bedroom you will find a king size bed and in the second bedroom you will find two single beds. In the second room there is still the possibility to set up an extra bed. In the modern living room you will find the open, fully equipped kitchen. In addition to all the important kitchen utensils, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and an induction cooker with an oven. After cooking and preparing, the dining table invites you to eat together. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. All rooms have been newly furnished in 2015 and nothing is missing. If you still have one or the other request, the landlords are happy to fulfill them. Here are our house rulesThe stay of strangers who are not among the registered persons may only enter the property after consultation with the landlord. Due to the size of our pool, the use of inflatable objects, such as air mattresses, etc., with the exception of swimming aids, is not permitted. Ball games only after consultation with the landlord. Jumping from the edge of the pool is not permitted, nor is "equestrian games" playing football within the entire facility. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted in the pool kitchen. Grilling outdoors must be registered. After use: cleaning of the barbecue area. For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to remove the protective covers from the mattresses and pillows. In case of non-compliance, costs incurred, new mattresses, pillows, will be charged. Hand, bath towels, duvets or pillows that are part of the equipment may not be used at the pool or on the beach. Entering the apartments with dripping wet swimwear is not permitted, nor is sitting on chairs, upholstery, etc. with damp clothing. Toilet paper or other hygiene items, especially wet wipes, are not to be disposed of in the toilet. Rubbish etc. is to be disposed of in the rubbish containers set up throughout the village. There are no in-house garbage cans. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to remain unsupervised in the apartments with other children who do not belong to the family. We would like to point out once again that if you want to bring pets with you, you must ask us before making a firm booking whether it is even possible at your desired time. We will never allow two dogs at the same time.



The entire property is a green oasis on the edge of a WWF nature reserve. The outdoor area offers lawn, palm trees, a herb garden, citrus and other fruit trees, which you can also use, depending on the ripeness. The pool and "platia" are in the center of the complex. Since all bedrooms face away from the interior of the outdoor complex, they experience constant tranquility. The joint barbecue evenings, sometimes with live music, are very popular with the guests, as well as the extensive range of excursions and leisure activities, on land and on water. For example, they drive their minibus to historical sights. They also offer various boat tours to the islands, as well as diving and snorkelling trips, as well as water skiing for those who can and those who want to try it. All this and much more in a pleasant family atmosphere. Greece is also well suited for wintering. The landlords are happy to organize various excursions or sporting activities for you. In spring and autumn there are hikes in the lowlands and in the nearby mountains, possibly with overnight stays in huts. The monasteries of Meteora, Vikos Gorge, the valley and the springs of Gliki are among others on the landlord's excursion program. Boat tours are also possible with the landlords. From mid-April they will drive you to the Abrakic Gulf where encounters with dolphins are guaranteed. You can also visit Paxos and Levkada as well as beautiful coastal towns with them. Sailing enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here. A 12m reinke or a nine meter Atlas Trading, with or without a skipper, can be chartered from them. Skipper training and water skiing is also possible. A dinghy is available for beginners. Divers will also find interesting offers here. Diving equipment, compressor and boat are already available on site. Wreck diving is offered as well as guided diving trips. Anyone who likes to move around on two wheels is also in the right place here. Discover the untouched nature, where there is hardly any traffic, on guided bike tours, whether flat, mountainous or extreme. Tools and repair cellar are available on site. Group trips are very welcome.

Arriving by plane, the rental company can provide one of their cars. The landlords Heidi and Uwe grew up in Germany and didn't want to jump in at the deep end like some other emigrants did. You love Greece and your landlord Uwe learned the language very well and then built this charming complex with his own saved funds. Now that they speak the language, they can show their guests a Greece away from the 'tourist stalls'. They can cater to all their needs and offer them more than just vacations. That's probably why they received the 'Landlord of the Year' award in 2012. But they don't rest on their laurels, but are constantly looking for new attractions, on land, on water and also under water, so that even regular guests who have already visited the facility more often will not get bored. Although they only built two of the three houses a few years ago, innovations are constantly being made in the house and in the garden so that you feel comfortable as a guest with them. This year they installed another pool heater. They can offer you water temperatures of more than 30'C in spring and late autumn. They chose this property, or rather built it right here, because they have been active in Greece for more than 30 years. Greece from the border with Turkey to the Peloponnese, from the Albanian border to Attikis and almost all of the islands. Here is the real Greece. Even if the entire coast of Eiperos is uniquely beautiful, Ammoudia is something very special. Ammoudia is a small fishing village situated at the mouth of the Acheron River. The town center on the Acheron river can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Small taverns line the banks of the river, where you can enjoy Greek and international cuisine. Supermarkets for daily needs can also be found here. The fine sandy beach invites you to swim, whereby the sea here, due to the backwater of the river, is crystal clear and hardly salty, which not only the children are happy about. This great bay, the river that flows into the sea, the people with their friendly, helpful nature, who don't have dollar signs in their eyes when they greet you and do it again tomorrow and the day after. If you go through the village twice, you will be addressed in a friendly manner. A lot of people here speak German, which makes it easy for vacationers who don't like to communicate in foreign languages to get by here. For guests arriving by car there are many other beaches to explore nearby. The connection to Corfu Preveza and even the motorway to Thessaloniki offer the landlords and you a quick arrival. If you arrive to Corfu by plane, continue by ferry (about 60 minutes) to Igoumenitsa where the landlords will meet you at or by plane to Preveza where they will greet you directly at the airport.
