The house is excellent for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is located in the village of Škarlanija in a quiet area near Umag. Supermarket in Umag 8 km or grocery store in Petrovija 7 km, bakery in Sv. Marija na Krasu 3 km, restaurant 1500 m, Kanegra beach 8 km. To reach the beaches, shops and center of Umag a car is necessary. The house is located on two levels with a balcony overlooking the countryside on the first floor and a patio with garden on the ground floor.

The house of 120 m² is located on a plot of 230 m² in a village Škarlanija not far from Umag (8 km). The two-storey house is composed of a dining room, complete kitchen and living room on the ground floor, a service bathroom on the mezzanine, while on the first floor 4 bedrooms and a complete bathroom.

The dining room equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs is connected to the kitchen.

The kitchen offers everything you need, fridge, freezer, oven, stove with 4 gas burners and one electric burner, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, dining table with 4 chairs. From the corridor there is access to the large living room equipped with two sofas, dresser, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV.

The half-stairs bathroom is equipped with amenities, sink with cabinet and mirror, external window. On the first floor the corridor with the air conditioner, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes have a common balcony equipped with two tables with 2 chairs each. The balcony has magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and garden. A bedroom with single bed and wardrobe. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, two towels per person for the bathroom are provided (changed weekly). The staircase has a safety door for children.

The house offers free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board.

At the entrance is the large covered terrace equipped with a table with benches and a small table with 2 armchairs, available for playing wall-mounted Pikado. The terrace is equipped with a hedge and protective curtains.

In the garden there is a barbeque, a small inflatable pool for children, deck chairs and a bench under the olive tree.

Free parking is available near the house.

* Pets (maximum 1) are allowed with a supplement per day payable on arrival in cash

* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.

* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

The village of Škarlanija is made up of a few private houses, surrounded by nature. The place is very beautiful, ideal for those who love nature, clean air and tranquility. Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday away from the noise of the city, take long walks or bike rides along the paths of the surrounding countryside.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.

To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers

, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.

The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.

For non-beach days or evenings we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tastings of excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
