The villa is located in the heart of the private and gated estate of Cap Bénat and offers access to the private beaches of the Cap Bénat and Gaou Bénat areas. The property's restaurant (on the beach) is open from 1 May to mid-September (accessible by car). Cap Bénat is a 2500-hectare rocky promontory on the Mediterranean coast of the Var in Bormes-les-Mimosas. It is considered one of the most prestigious places on the Var coast. The nearest shops can be found in Bormes les Mimosas, about 8 km away. Please note that special rules apply on the Cap Bénat estate, including quiet hours from 23:00.
