Thanks to its elevated position above the surrounding countryside, Villa Ses Mamellas offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, which you can enjoy from the wide veranda in front of the house with a cool drink in your hand. With comfortable garden furniture and plenty of shade, it's a great place to sit and relax or enjoy a meal together. Near the pool, there is another covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area, perfect for lively evenings around the barbecue. This covered area also has a table tennis table if you feel like playing sports outside the pool. From here and from the comfortable sun loungers by the pool, you can enjoy breathtaking views all the way to the sea. The spacious and secluded property includes a lovingly tended garden with palm trees and flowers of all kinds, which will delight nature lovers. You can park cars on the driveway, which provides plenty of shade on sunny days.

The two-storey villa is furnished in a tasteful, classic style. The foyer leads into the living room, which is very cosy and flooded with light. It's a great place to end the day in front of the large flat-screen TV or to relax with one of the books from the bookshelf. And if you don't feel like being completely isolated from the outside world, you can go online via the DSL internet connection. The living room is decorated with works of art that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Both the living room and the adjoining dining area have huge picture windows that provide a great view of the spectacular scenery outside. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, kettle and microwave. On the ground floor there are also two of the three inviting and comfortably furnished double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Each bed with elegantly carved wooden frames offers a lovely place for an afternoon siesta or a restful night's sleep.

Villa Ses Mamellas is located right next to the Vall d'Or golf course, making it a perfect location for golfers. But if you like to spend your holidays exploring, this is the place for you: the small towns of Cala Murada and Cala Marçal as well as the beautiful beaches of Cala Marçal, Platja de s'Arenal and Cala Brafi are all within easy reach by car. One place you should definitely not miss is the Santuari de San Salvador, just 15 kilometres away. At 509 metres, this medieval monastery is located at the highest point of the Serra de Llevant and is still a place of pilgrimage today. Among the more interesting sights are the breathtakingly beautiful chapel and its alabaster altar. And the Parc Natural de Mondragó is only 20 minutes away by car.

This charming villa in the south-eastern part of the island offers marvellous panoramic views. The secluded property on a hill is very inviting with its well-tended garden full of palm trees, flowers and lush greenery. The villa is very close to the Vall d'Or golf course and the three beautiful beaches of Cala Marçal, Platja de s'Arenal and Cala Brafi. The tranquil town of Portocolom is only about five minutes away by car.
