Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, Villa Son Pere Genet welcomes its guests in an idyllic, rural atmosphere. Gravelled areas surround the house and are perfectly complemented by an inviting terrace with natural stone paving. The rounded pool near the house conjures up a special maritime atmosphere in which to relax and pass the time. The upper part of the pool is lined with tasteful mosaic tiles and varies in depth between 0.5 and 1.75 metres. There is also an outdoor shower and a practical parasol. Numerous comfortable sun loungers offer you the opportunity to relax between refreshing dips in the pool, perhaps with a cool, tasty drink. Depending on the time of day, the garden offers some cooling shade to escape the heat. Children staying here will love playing and romping around on the lawn. The covered part of the terrace, which adjoins the property, offers you numerous inviting seating areas as well as the magnificent large dining table where you can enjoy your sociable al fresco dinners. If that doesn't suit you on some evenings, there is also the chilled-out lounge corner. Whether for breakfast or a culinary barbecue evening, this wonderful terrace with a magnificent view of the lush garden and the Mediterranean sky will delight your guests at any time of day. For the BBQ, you can find delicious fresh ingredients from the region throughout the day, prepare them to your liking and cook them over the embers.

As is usual with these properties, you enter the house directly from the terrace. Inside, you will see how the well-kept design of the outside area is continued in the building. Harmonious colours on the ceilings and floors, bright walls and lots of tasteful furniture give the rooms a pleasant, homely atmosphere. Lovingly selected décor rounds off this picture just as perfectly as the skilfully exposed ceiling beams. A pleasant living/dining area offers you the opportunity to relax on two comfortable sofas, perhaps with a magazine, a good book or even an entertaining film (as there is also a TV installed in this area). If you wish, you can also enjoy an excellent meal together inside at the spacious dining table. The classic Mallorcan kitchen, which is loosely separated from the living area by a counter, provides you with everything you need for your daily needs. A filter coffee machine and kettle are also included. Tastefully furnished, spacious bedrooms invite you to spend a long and restful night. With a total of two beds. Two modern bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, are comfortable and have natural light. A guest bathroom completes the sanitary aspect of the house. For your convenience, irons and hairdryers are provided so you don't have to waste luggage space by bringing your own luggage from home.

Attractive sandy beaches are within easy reach of the villa, most of which have shallow access to the sea. If you want to visit the bay of Alcúdia, simply drive via Búger to Muro and from there on to Alcúdia. A well-developed road takes you directly to the centre of the resort. Búger has been spared from mass tourism. Here you can still observe the authentic, traditional Mallorcan culture. Those who enjoy walking and hiking will definitely get their money's worth here. There is a wonderful hiking trail in the surrounding area with green valleys, steep coastlines and imposing sheer rock faces.

The spectacular Villa Son Pere Genet is situated in an absolutely peaceful location in the north of the island, just 1 km north of Búger. The multifunctional outdoor area resembles a small oasis of peace and invites you to linger. If you want to go shopping, you can simply drive to the small town of Búger. There you will find small supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The beaches of the north (especially those of the bay of Alcúdia) are within easy reach.
