Apartments in a family house near the sea

The house is located close to the sea in the picturesque town of Bibinje south of Zadar.

This is a nice family house with three floors. The owner lives on the ground floor. The two storeys above the ground floor are holiday apartments (4 in total), each with a separate enstance for the guests' privacy. In addition to this, on the ground floor there is one guest room, also with a separate entrance.

In total, there are four holiday apartments and one guestroom:

- two big apartments
- two studios
- one guest room (lving room, a bathroom and 3 single beds)

From the sunny terraces you have a beautiful view across Bibinje, the sea, the nearby islands, Zadar and much more. The house has a big yard, parking is also available.

Booking options:

- the entire two floors above the ground floor (4 apartments plus the guest room on the ground floor, for a total of 22 persons)
- the individual apartments or the guest room separately

The center of Bibinje with markets, restaurants and shops is a 5 min walk away, here you also find the nearest beach. The house is 50 m away from the bus station, 1 km from the train station, 7 km from Zadar airport, 6 km from the center of Zadar.

    “Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und fast rund um die Uhr da und entsprechend erreichbar. Die Lage des Apartments ist ebenfalls sehr gut und der große Balkon mit Meerblick war super schön zum entspannen.

    Die Küche funktioniert und es ist eigentlich das meiste notwendige enthalten.

    Der Zustand des Apartments insgesamt ist eher so naja. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen bzw. irgendwann mal lieblos und sehr unsauber „renoviert“ worden (Fliesen unterschiedlich hoch, sehr seltsame Silikonfugen, teilweise wurde beim streichen gar nicht abgeklebt scheinbar und einfach überall drübergestrichen oder aber das Klebeband klebte noch an Ort und Stelle.) Das Schloss der Tür zum Apartment ist locker, so war es etwas mühselig die Tür auf und zu zuschließen. Das sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden.

    Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, hätte im Badezimmer aber noch besser sein können. Mit Ausnahme der Klimaanlage: diese hat zwar einwandfrei funktioniert, aber wurde wohl lange nicht mehr gereinigt, denn man konnte eindeutig Schimmel an der Klimaanlage erkennen.

    Das Wlan war katastrophal. Hat die meiste Zeit überhaupt nicht funktioniert.

    Insgesamt ist das Apartment ok um dort hauptsächlich nur zu schlafen und abends gemütlich auf dem Balkon zu sitzen.”
