From Sunnryd you can take the ferry to the east bank. Boat and canoe can be rented. The terrace is spacious and sunny. Do visit the western town of High Chapparral or the National Park Store Mosse. Shopping can be done in Värnamo or Ljungby. You can also visit the Laganland Älgpark or Buslandet. Ullared is about 70 km away.

    “Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße zur Fähre nach Bolmsjö, es tritt also in regelmäßigen Abständen etwas mehr Verkehr auf. Die Innenbeleuchtung ist sehr mangelhaft, sodass an Abenden nicht gelesen werden kann. Die Dusche funktioniert nur mit heißem Wasser, es lässt sich kaum regeln. Der Toaster steht direkt unter einem Rauchmelder, sodass dieser regelmäßig Alarm schlägt, wenn man sich etwas toastet. Es gibt keine überdachte Terrasse und keine Möglichkeit einen Ofen oder Kamin zu heizen. Es gibt nur elektrische Ölheizkörper.
