In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Single garage at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bakery 500 m, railway station "Raron" 17 km. Cable car 900 m, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, cross country ski track 500 m.

4-room apartment 100 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical furnishings: living room with satellite TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, microwave, raclette grill) with dining table. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Garage. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

    “Schlüsselhalter nicht anwesend und spricht nur Fanzösisch, keinen PIN erhalten um die Schlüsselbox zu öffnen, Böden waren schmutzig - besonders in den Ecken, Küchenablage war sehr unrein, im Putzschrank hatte es viele Haare und Staub, für 2 Toiletten gab es nur eine WC-Papierrolle, der Balkon hatte wahrscheinlich noch kein Frühlingsputz erlebt, der Grill auf dem Balkon stand vor Staub.

    Zwei Tage vor unserer Abreise haben wir dem Schlüsselhalter per SMS mitgeteilt, wann genau wir abreisen. Er war wieder nicht vor Ort. Wir haben nie mehr etwas von ihm gehört.

    Unsere Kurtaxe mussten wir selber im Touristenbüro bezahlen. Auf dem Schreibtisch in der Wohnung fanden wir noch Taxabrechnungen von Vormietern mit Adressen etc.

    Es war vieles nicht so, wie Sie es und auf den Reiseunterlagen mitgeteilt haben.
