Lage:
The cottage is located amidst a small settlement of cottages, isolated by trees, so that you are completely undisturbed, about 2km below the skiing region Lachtal, with a wonderful view onto the Gellsee (Gell-lake).


Entfernungen:
Skiing- and hiking region Lachtal in 2km. The next towns are Oberzeiring in 10km, Scheifling and Oberwölz are both reachable in 14km. Outdoor swimming pool 13km. Hikes directly in front of the cottage!


Ausstattung:
The cottage was newly renovated and equipped very comfortable. Ground floor: living room with a perfectly equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a toaster. Lounge, sofa, satellite TV/radio, fully automatic pellets stove. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, shower/toilet with floor heating. Carport available. Behind the cottage is a garden with seats, a barbecue, a wonderful view and a rivulet to splash about. Please bring along your own bed linen.

Local tourism tax currently € 1,50/Person/night, electricity € 0,30 kWh, final cleaning € 70,-.

    “Das ist ein wirklich schönes Haus, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad ist sehr schön.
    Im Garten gibt es einen Bachlauf, der eiskaltes Wasser bringt, in dem man nach dem Wandern die Füße sehr schön abkühlen kann.
    Schade ist, dass es keinen rückwärtigen Ausgang aus dem Haus gibt und dass es vor dem Haus keine Sitzmöglichkeit mit Tisch gibt. Geschirr könnte ein wenig mehr da sein, aber die Kochmesser waren scharf, was man bei Ferienhäusern fast nie hat!
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.”
