1st row. This semi-detached house on two floors is located in the well-known marina Marina Wendtorf by Kiel Bay, beautifully surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches and a nature area. The house is modernly decorated and the wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings give the house a bright atmosphere. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and whirlpool, so you have a good opportunity to relax. The kitchen, dining and living room are located on the 1st floor, from where you have a beautiful view of the area. From here there is access to the balcony on the 1st floor, where you can extend the beautiful summer evening and enjoy panoramic views of the dike and the beach behind. At the local office, binoculars can be borrowed, so you can carefully observe birds, shipping and the magnificent view. After an active day in the area, you can relax in the hot tub and finally sit down in front of the satellite TV and DVD player with a good book or an exciting DVD movie or enjoy the warmth of the bioethanol fireplace. In addition, there is a heat pump / air conditioner in the house, which reduces electricity costs and ensures a good indoor climate.     Als wir bereits bei Urlaubsbeginn einen Endabnahmetermin vereinbaren wollten, hieß es, dass dies nicht nötig sei, da wir die Wohnung lediglich besenrein hinterlassen sollten.
    Am Abreisetag putzten wir 3 Stunden. Das Haus war nach unserer Abreise deutlich sauberer als vorher (vorher lagen gebrauchte Tachentücher in den Betten, die Anleitungen für Elektrogeräte waren verschwunden, überall lagen Haare herum). Trotzdem zog mir der DAN-Center 56€ für eine separate Endreinigung ab. Die normale Endreinigung jedoch kostet lediglich 55€!
