Large 6 bedroom seafront villa with a privileged location overlooking the sea and the charming Porto Petro village in the distance. Great pool and garden area with lots of space where we you can relax and enjoy the soft murmuring of the waves hitting against the rocks. Private access to the sea from garden. Bahia Dor 15 is located on a road that joins Cala Egos - Cala D’Or with the charming villa Porto Petro. Sandy coves, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are a short drive away.
The ground floor has four bedrooms -three of them with access to the outside enjoy partial sea views-. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room, two en suite shower rooms and access to covered terrace with sea views. The others are twin bedrooms. There are also two adjacent shower rooms. The upper floor can be reached by an interior stair and for an outside stair. There we find the open living/dining room with access to partially covered terrace with the barbecue area that enjoys wonderful sea views. Kitchen with adjacent laundry room and guest toilet. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Outside twin bedroom by the pool area with en suite bathroom. Toilet in the covered terrace
