The property is 7500 m². Each apartment and house has a private garden. A pool and a community house with a party room and a ping pong table are also accessible to you. A washing machine is at your disposal in a separate part of this house. A barbecue is available for your use, as well. There are a total of seven car parking spaces on the property.
The community room can be set up for meetings free of charge. Four bikes are available to you free of charge. Airport transfer can be arranged at a fee upon request.
The nearest shopping facility is about three kilometres from the house. Equidistant are a sandy beach, restaurants, cafes and a pharmacy. A beautiful natural reserve (pine forest) is within walking distance. It is about three kilometres to Zahora/Los Caños de Meca, a small village that has retained its original character. Come visit before mass tourism discovers this little gem. There are numerous beaches to choose from: Kap Trafalgar (calm water), El Palmar (ideal for surfing) or Zahora/Los Caños de Meca (child friendly, in front of "Sajorami" restaurant).
