This wonderful 4 bedroom townhouse is located in the El Mirador del Mar complex in the beautiful area of Bahia de Casares, Casares Costa.
The complex is located in a Spanish village and offers a pool area with a large pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. El Mirador del Mar is close to the region's renowned golf courses and is just a short drive from the beach and the sea.
The townhouse is spread over 2 floors and has plenty of natural light. The apartment is accessible via steps from the common area. In the entrance area there is a large hallway that leads to the spacious living/dining room. The living area is furnished with comfortable furniture and provides access to the southeast facing terrace. The dining area offers access to the terrace. The internal garage provides level access for wheelchair users to the main living area, which consists of the spacious living / dining room, master bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and laundry room and the main terrace.

The beaches of Casares are of a very high standard, kept clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The town of Sabinillas is just a few kilometers away and offers all the amenities for a vacation, including restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets.
