Beautiful villa with panoramic views in a terraced house on a hill directly on the sea, 7 km from the beaches and the historic center of Sperlonga. Large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with tables and deck chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue and 2 equipped sun terraces on the roofs of the villa and its annex: an enchanting place for a relaxing vacation, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and with breathtaking views of the sea and the Pontine Islands. The main tourist centers and the beautiful beaches of Lazio's coast are within easy reach. Only 7 km away is Sperlonga with its picturesque old town, marina and sandy beaches; 20 km away is Gaeta with its monuments and beautiful beaches. In little more than an hour you can reach Rome and Naples. The vacation house is built with high quality materials (ceramic floors from Vietri and parquet )and is located within a residential complex with tennis court, parking, footpath (for the more sporty) to the lido 800 meters away. The house is structured so that each room has its own sea view. On the first floor a panoramic living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom with shower; A spiral staircase leads to the second floor with a double bedroom (with electrically adjustable headboard) with private balcony with sea view, a small bedroom without door (separated by a curtain from the hallway) and without sea view from the window, bathroom with separate shower room. In the annex: double room with panoramic view and bathroom. 2 private parking spaces.
