House in quiet area with fruit garden, pool and panoramic sea view.



The House located on the south-eastern shore of Rhodes island, Kiotari Beach, on a large estate with fruit trees, with also three neighboring houses. In the area has plenty of unspoiled beaches of sand & pebbles, it is perfectly, quite and amphitheatric location, overlooking the breathtaking views of the sea. The area is Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Also is a highly suitable location in order to discover the rest of the beautiful island of Rhodes . Hiking nearby mountains or visiting the historical sites and monasteries are recommended



The colored Traditional style, ground floor house, is 80sq meter, with two bedrooms (one with a double bed 1,60X2,00 and the other with two single beds 1,00x2,00 ) consists of a spacious kitchen with all necessary utensils and equipment, a dining room, all for a maximum capacity of 5 people. The dining room has a window providing you with sea view. Furthermore there is a living room in a typical Rhodian style with a fireplace for the winter months, a satellite TV, radio, books. This area there is a possibility of sleep for one or two extra children. Is there heating/air-conditioning everywhere in house. Also there is a large bathroom with WC, bathtub, mirror and hair dryer.




There is a 35m² pool with grass area for relaxing, with 6 loungers, trees, sun umbrellasand one stone table, BBQ, traditional wood oven, outdoor shower by the pool. You can make yourselves comfortable on the terrace, furnished with stone dining table with wooden chairs, for breakfast or for grilling, whilst enjoying a wonderful view of the sea and the huge garden with its pomegranates.



A car is recommended to explore the area and the island. A free of charge welcome a bottle of wine and fruit in your arrival. During your holiday period you can get free, various organic fruits and vegetables from the family garden



The house it is only 400 metres to the nearest beach with crystal clear water. There are a supermarket and a butcher, patisserie -cafe, hair salon 380 metres away. The center is (1,5 km or 18-minute walk) offers locals and visitors a variety of Tourist shops, ATM, cafe, bars, pharmacy and Health Center & dentistry. 

Despite the quiet and private location, you can go windsurfing or kite surfing near the house. Tavernas offer traditional fish dishes. Guests interested in history, 17 km away you will find the village of Lindos, which is one of the most picturesque villages of the island. At the top of the ancient citadel dominates the temple of Athena Lindia (300 BC). Do not forget to visit the church in the village center. 

The beach at Prasonisi in the south of the island (28km away) is interesting for surfers, as well as suitable for swimming.

    “Wir haben mit 4 Personen in dem blauen Ferienhaus der Petroto Villas gewohnt. Unsere Unterkunft hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Alle nötigen Gegenstände für den täglichen Gebrauch (Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Kochutensilien, Gewürze, etc.) waren reichlich vorhanden. Das Haus war sauber und die Anlage drumherum gleicht einer grünne Oase zum Entspannen. Wir haben viel am Pool gelegen und den Meerblick genossen.
    Zur Begrüßung hat uns der Vermieter einen Obstkorb, Mineralwasser und eine Flasche Wein überreicht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter (der ebenfalls auf dem Gelände wohnt) war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir konnten jederzeit Fragen - auch zur Umgebung - stellen und wurden von ihm sogar auf ein typisch griechisches Abendessen eingeladen. Eine wundervolle Idee und sehr sehr lecker! Am Abreisetag wurde die Check-Out-Zeit an unsere Abflug-Zeit angepasst, sodass wir noch etwas länger im Haus bleiben konnten.”
