    “Diese Bewertung betrifft unseren Aufenthalt in der letzten Märzwoche 2018.
    Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig in einer Siedlung etwa 900 m vom Strand und 1 km von der Marina entfernt gelegen. Die Zimmer sind gut, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Terasse und davor liegendem Swimmingpool. Leider wurde der Swimming-Pool nur langsam warm, sodass wir erst nach 3 Tagen eine einigermaßen akzeptable Temperatur von ca. 20°C hatten (14° C war Anfangstemperatur), nach 6 Heiztagen erst die versprochenen 28°C. Ansonsten ist die gesamte Außenanlage sehr gepflegt und zum Wohlfühlen. Leider sind alle Bäder nicht beheizt. Das ist im Frühjahr gar nicht angenehm, wenn draußen Temperaturen unter 14 Grad herrschen. Daher nur die 4 Sterne.
    Ansonsten würden wir das Haus sehr empfehlen, im Souterrain ist ein Fitnessraum und Hobbyraum eingerichtet mit Tischtennisplatte, Billard, Fitnessgeräten, Dart usw.. Die 2 großen HD-TVs bieten neben dem normalen Fernsehprogramm Sky, Netflix u.a. an, das gefiel besonders unserem jugendlichen Nachwuchs. WLAN ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. es fehlt an Nichts. Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher usw. ist alles da. Schön sind besonders die Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock, die über eine gemeinsame Sonnenterrasse vor dem Zimmer verfügen. Auf die Anfahrtsbeschreibung sollte man sich vielleicht nicht verlassen, da etwas kompliziert und schwierig nachzuvollziehen, sondern die Koordinaten in Google-Maps oder ein Navi eingeben, so haben wir die Wohnung super gefunden. Die mit der Vermietung befassten Mitarbeiterinnen sprachen hervorragend Englisch und daher war auch im Vorfeld die Kommunikation problemlos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir 2 Tage vorher angerufen wurden, da konnten noch Details geklärt werden. Fazit: Wir würden das Objekt ab Ende April uneingeschränkt empfehlen, im frühen Frühjahr ist es für eine Vermietung nur eingeschränkt geeignet.”
