Holiday apartment in the Lüneburger Heide

Our house is an ideal destination, as well as starting point for trips in the area, for cyclists, bikers, families, alone or as a couple. If you are looking for peace and quiet, then this is the right place for you. Countless festivities and events draw visitors to our beautiful region every year. The house is on the edge of the village Hodenhagen, but still in a very central location. It is only a few hundred metres to shops (Netto, E-Center). You can also find a Greek and a Turkish restaurant a five-minute walk away, as well as German cuisine and several lovely cafes. There are also local doctors and a pharmacy.

The charmingly furnished apartment of a modern standard is on the upper floor of a timber-framed house newly built in 2003. In the garden there is a separate stairway, leading via the balcony facing south-west to the apartment of around 67m²- The apartment is fully-equipped for four people. It has a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave and everything one would expect of a modern kitchen. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and a big corner bath. The living room consists of a big sofa landscape and a little dining corner. A TV with a satellite receiver, video player and games console is also available. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the children’s bedroom with two single beds. The rooms have built-in cupboards.

There is a lawn with a grill.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout. All floors apart from the children’s bedroom (cork flooring) are tiled or with rugs. The house is low in allergens. Dogs are also welcome on request. A toddler travel bed is available. All supplementary charges such as electricity, water, heating if required, bed linen, tea towels and Wi-Fi are included. Please bring your own towels.

Leisure parks in and around Hodenhagen invite you to go on trips. In Hodenhagen itself, you can find the Serengetipark with a safari or a big dipper ride. Or in Soltau there is the Heidepark with all its attractions. For those who prefer it a bit quieter there is the Walsrode bird park. There are many trip destinations in the area we will be happy to inform you about.
