This stunning holiday villa, is an architecture and design houses exceptional house It is set in luscious green gardens, with outside living. It is tastefully decorated by nice furniture and pieces of art. The ceilings are very high. There are 2 floors connected via a spacious marble stair and an interrior ethrion. The ground floor is about 75 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: The entrance, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and 2 sofas,coffee table,side tables and an armchair -chaizlong-single bed as well as a working area/surface ,a relaxing /reading area and a system of 3 speakers to enjoy the musik from your laptop/ youtube. The 3seat sofa 1 person. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine , stove, dishwasher, ,boiler,toast maker,full kitchenette, etc. and a dining area. There is also a more oficcial dining area with a remarkable view to the out door garden ,pool and the sea as all the ground floor also. Outside the living room there is a big patio with furnitures. There is heating everywhere and is extra as well as the wood for the fireplace , after coordination There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms as well as in the living room also ceiling-fans in the living room and the kitchen On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is 15 sqm large and has ensuite bath 6 sqm.The room is furnished with a 1,60 x 2.00 kingsize bed ,a mirror 2 side tables, a closet and a make-up table. The ensuite bath 6 sqm,totaly newbuilt has a shower, a toilet, a basin ,a mirror. The 2nd bedroom is 15 sqm large.The room is furnished with 3 singlebeds 1.00 x 2.10 beds ,a mirror, 1 side table, a closet and a make-up table. The 3nd bedroom is 10 sqm large.The room is furnished with a 1,50 x 2.00 kingsize bed ,a mirror 2 side tables, a closet and a boudoir.The second bath 8 sqm, has a bathtub, a toilet, a basin ,a mirror,an armoire. Every bedroom has its private big balcony facing the valey ,the sea, the Paradisi hill forest, the Filerimos hill forest, the villages around till the acron of the city of Rhodes. At the other side of the bedrooms three steps lead you to a big terrace 40 sqm facing the amazing Aegean Sea, Symi Island and the Minor Asia coast.

The courtyard and the garden are at the same level and they are equipped with garden furniture, sunshade, garden loungers and a pool.There are enormous pines trees and short olive trees ,eucalyptus trees and an around fence of angela bushes and oleanders. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.There you can find a barbeque with its own dining table ,a huge swimming pool (32 m²) with a lounge area for sun beds and a patio with a dining table and veranda furniture. Also an outside shower. You can enjoy the advantage of a typical Greek garden.

Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 100 metres). located on top of a small hill. Free internet .

The beach is about 800 metres away. The village centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 800 metres away.
