Tiny house Laurel - complete privacy in a Mediterranean forest right next to the beach

A unique experience for you and your pets on a 1700 m2 parcel surrounded by authentic Mediterranean forest just 70 meters away from the beach and restaurants.

Primorje gorski kotar county - A small rustic house surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation situated on a secluded 1770 m² plot. The house is located only 70 m from the seaside, where you can take a walk on the 3 km long coastal path and enjoy on one of many beaches, restaurants and bars. It provides complete privacy, peace and quiet.

Ideal for active holidays (running, rollerblading, cycling, walking, swimming, diving) but also for those who simply want to enjoy a peaceful retreat close to the sea.

Located in the immediate vicinity of a diving center.

The house consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, two chairs, an induction stove, a combined refrigerator, dishwasher, water kettle and a toaster.

The bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed, closet and a satellite TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bathroom sink, a water heater and an air heater.

The detached bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a bathroom sink, a washing machine and an outdoor shower.

Air conditioning with the possibility of heating and cooling is installed in the house.

The main house and the detached bathroom are connected by a 18 m2 covered terrace with a big garden table, two chairs and a barbecue.

The house also features two other smaller terraces. One equipped with two sun-loungers and the other equipped with a table and a bench.

The property is fenced and very big so it is therefore suitable for dogs.

There is free parking on premises.

There are restaurants, coffee bars and fast-food shops along the coastal path (2 min walk from the house). Ideal for divers due to the immediate vicinity of Diving center Kostrena. Gas station, supermarket, ambulance and tourist information center, walking and cycling trails are nearby. Proximity of big cities (Rijeka 5 km, Opatija 25 km, Crikvenica 33 km, island of Krk 25 km, Omišalj airport 25 km). Proximity of National park Plitvička jezera (157 km).

    “Goed verzorgde mooie accommodatie met prachtig uitzicht! Alles is aanwezig en werkt prima. Erg leuk dat bij aankomst er al van alles in de woning op voorraad is! Uit eten gaan kan lopend, de zee is prachtig om in te snorkelen!!! Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Bij ons vertrek een doos met heerlijke druiven gehad! In dit huisje was het echt genieten!!!”

    “angenehmes Ambiente nur einige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, sehr gut ausgestattet, Vermieterin sehr freundlich und nett, durch Vegetation am Grundstück angenehmes Mikroklima, Grundstück ist eingezäunt aber für Hunde nicht "ausbruchsicher"; Infrastruktur ausreichend - keine Touristenhochburg”

    “Ein schönes kleines Haus für einen Urlaub am Meer. Man fühlt sich vom Eigentümer sowie von den 2 netten Damen willkommen geheißen . Positiv: Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Meer ob zum Baden oder Spazieren gehen. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Im Haus worden wir von 2 netten Damen begrüßt, die beide sehr gut deutsch sprechen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sie immer erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war super. Da gab es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Häuschen ist klein, aber für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Negativ: Ein Backofen oder wenigstens ein Toaster wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung gut. Das Grundstück ist für Hunde perfekt. Es ist komplett umzäunt, so das man auch mal ohne Hund irgendwo hin gehen kann ohne das man sich Sorgen machen muss , das er vielleicht ausbüchst.”
