Here you will be just a couple of minutes drive away from the sea, many restaurants and facilities, while having a peace and plenty of beautiful surroundings and landscapes. Within the pool there is also a section with a hydro massage bath. Next to the house there is a large covered terrace with masonry grill. Above it is a corner for the youngest with a children's playground. Ground floor and first floor are connected by internal stairs, while on the ground floor is a delightful tavern in an autochthonous style. In Crikvenica you can find beautiful sandy and pebble beaches. There is also a special dogs beach "Podvorska" with many amenities for your pets. Certainly worth visiting are other tourist destinations such as Novi Vinodolski, Opatija and Rijeka, as well as the islands of Krk and Cres.
