Dolomites White Rest

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, we organized ourselves to sanitize all the rooms of our house Dolomites White Rest.Sanitization is carried out by micronebulization of a disinfectant approved by the Italian Ministry of Health and is based on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) (Medical Surgical Presidium n. 19829). Because of its chemical-physical characteristics it is highly effective against virus, bacteria, microbes and fungi and is active against Coronavirus (COVID-19). Nitrogen peroxide is suitable and used for sanitizing health environments (Ministry of Health Circular n. 5443 of 22/02/2020). Moreover, at the end of the sanitization it is possible to use or live the sanitized rooms because the disinfectant combined with the technology used make it: NOT toxic, NOT corrosive and DOES NOT leaves residues.You will then find our house sanitized and accessible in complete safety. Upon entering you will find the certificate of sanitization. The great and relaxing Val di Non in Trentino Region is characterized by the apple orchards, which cover the slopes and the torrents that, carved in time countless canyons creating fascinating waterfalls. Climbing at high altitude are lush forests, green meadows and pastures up to the sunny panoramic mountain ranges. We advise you to take a trip to the famous and romantic Lake Tovel and to visit the ancient Sanctuary of San Romedio and the imposing Castel Thun. Art lovers can move to get to the important museums of Trento (the MUSE), Rovereto (the MART) and Bolzano (the MUSEION and the Archaeological Museum where is exposed Ötzi, the Tyrolean Iceman). The skiing fans can quickly reach the slopes of Andalo and Marilleva (linked to Folgarida and Madonna di Campiglio). Marilleva(belonging to the BrentaDolmites) is also reacheable by train, that runs through the Val di Non.Furthermore, within two hours car driving, you can easily reach famous skiing Dolomites resorts in the area of Obereggen, Groeden Valley, Siusi Alp. The Villa is located on the eastern side of the Val di Non in the village of Tres. In addition to the tranquility that characterizes it, you can find the gardens equipped with games for the kids, the bar Centrale (with newspapers), the supermarket, the restaurant, the sports facilities, the bank, the tourist office. Recommeded the visit of the Churchs of San Rocco and Sant'Agnese. The village lies between the meadows and the forest.Immediately behind, it offers the possibility of healthy walks (there is the life path), bike or horse rides. The Villa is on the edge of the village, protected to the north by a thick row of trees and opens to the south where you can admire the valley and the magnificent Brenta Dolomites (Heritage of Unesco). The house has a dimension of 230 square meters ca.It consists of a triple salon with large panoramic windows, sofas area with TV, fireplace corner, dining room and large kitchen table with a bar counter. Three double bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms including a romantic suite with TV and views of the big lawn and the village of Tres. On the ground floor you have a garage and a laundry room. Provided two mountain bikes and a babybed (up to 3 years). Around the house you find a sun terrace, a balcony and a verandah equipped with wooden table and seats just in front of the mountains.     “Positiv: Ein Haus, wie geschaffen für einen Familienurlaub. Mit einem phantastischen Ausblick auf die Berge der Dolomiten, Neben der excellenten Lage hat uns die Terrasse, die Großzügigkeit der Räume, die Kunst an den Wänden und der tolle Herd ganz besonders gefallen. Freizeit: - Treser Horn, Wanderung von 4-5 Stunden ab Rifugio Predaia
    - Schöneck und Felixer Weiher, Wanderung von 3-4 Stunden ab Parkplatz bei St. Felix
    - Canyon parco fluviale Novelle in Dambel”

Positiv: Großzügiges Haus, große Fenster im Wohnzimmer, zwei Terassen, sehr ruhige Lage, fantastischer Blick auf das Nonstal, angenehmes Klima Restaurant: Giardino, Cles - regionale Spezialitäten, schönes Ambiente Ausflüge: Kloster San Romedio - Kloster im Wald auf einem Felsgrat mit sehr ungewöhnlichem Aufbau”
