GF: private; 1st floor: fix rented; 2nd and 3rd floor: holiday apartment. 2 floors apartment with 3 rooms in Ronco s/Ascona with marvellous view on the Lake Maggiore and Brissago Islands. Central, quiet and sunny position. With small terrace. Access to the house: stairs of approx. 3 meters.

Holiday apartment with 3 rooms (approx. 75m2) on 2 floors. 1st floor: open kitchen with dining table, small sitting corner, cable TV/radio/telephone;  ; small balcony with lake view. 1 double room; shower with WC. 2nd floor: living-bedroom with a king size bed, The stair to the 1st floor is steep, the house is not suitable for small children and people with mobility problems. Max. occupancy 4 people.

    “Für zwei Personen sehr empfehlenswert! Es ist zu beachten, dass sich die Wohnung in einem kleinen, verwinkelten Haus im alten Teil Roncos befindet. Somit sind die Treppen schmal und etwas steil. Aber dies tut dem Charme keinen Abbruch. Positiv: Herrliche Aussicht auf den See, sei es vom kleinen Balkon oder den Zimmern. Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Unkomplizierte Verwaltung und freundliche Verwaltung.”

    “Er waren veel muggen die je binnen krijgt aangezien er geen horren aanwezig zijn. Ventileren is fijn om de warmte eruit te krijgen als het 's avonds afkoelt. Dit gaat niet lekker samen vandaar. Positiv: Complete woning midden in een schattig plaatsje net buiten Ascona met mooi uitzicht op Lago Maggiore. Veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes in de buurt. Negativ: De warmte in het huisje. Er zijn geen ventilatoren aanwezig en geen horren.
    TV op de bovenverdieping is misschien handig in de winter maar niet in de zomer.”

    “Positiv: fantastische Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore Negativ: viele Teppen, ratsam sind kleine Gepäckstücke. Restaurant: Anttica Stallera in Cannobio - sehr gutes Essen Ausflüge: Cannobio ,Verzascatal ,Macciatal ,Locarno ,Ascona ,Cannero ,Isola Brissagio , Monte Verita - Cannobio Sonntags großer Markt

    Macciatal Kirche von Mario Bota
    Cannero ,schön zum Baden”

    “Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles ist in gutem Zustand und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir werden wiederkommen. Positiv: Natürlich die Aussicht; Casa Beatrice ist gut eingerichtet, auch die Küche und gepflegt und sauber. Eine Parkkarte ermöglicht das Parkieren in der blauen Zone. Negativ: 54 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnungstür. Eine Kommunikation mit Frau Caruso ist schwierig, da sie nur italienisch spricht und wir kein italienisch beherrschen.”

    “Wir hatten schöne aussruhende Ferien Positiv: Ruhe, malerisches Dorf, Aussicht auf dem Lago Maggiore Restaurant: Ronco - gute Mahlzeiten und schöner Ausblick Ausflüge: Wanderung - schöne Wanderungen nach Brissago oder Ascona / Monte Verita”
