Central and sunny 3-room apartment for 6 persons (60m2), with new large south located, furnished balcony, centrally located, ideal for children.
The apartment has place for 2 - 6 persons. Living/sleeping room with 2 fold-up beds, Sat TV,  internet access (wlan) free, eating area and a new kitchen with big refrigerator, dishwasher, oven (self cleaner), microwave oven, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster etc.
1. bedroom with big bed (2 mattress), 2. bedroom with 2 beds (you can join them), crib on request. New bathroom with big shower and WC (+ shower/WC on the floor). Free washing machine, tumbler, ski- and bike-storage room, ping-pong table available. Parking, garage, garden, patio. Close to bus stop, shops and crosscountry skiing tracks. Pets not allowed. No smoking apartment. Resident landlady in Chesa Quadrella.

    “Positiv: Alles ist vorhanden. Mitbenuetzung des Lavabo/WCs und der Etagendusche ist definitif ein plus und hilfreich. Auch da alles extrem sauber. Moeglichkeit des Waschens. Alles Recycling direkt im Haus super organisiert. Busstation gleich neben dem Haus.”

    “Gute Lage für ÖV-Benutzer. Freundliche Verwaltung. Saubere und zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung. Positiv: Bus ins Oberengadin hält 50m vom Haus entfernt.
    Sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
    Gemeinschaftsraum mit Tischtennis und Tischfussball.
    Freundliche und unkomplizierte Verwaltung.
    Kleine Bäckerei 50m vom Haus entfernt. Negativ: Im ersten Stock nur wenig Aussicht auf die Berge.”
