Die gemütliche Dachwohnung mit Charme liegt an Toplage oberhalb der Altstadt. Sie teilt sich wie folgt auf:

Wohnen / Kochen:
Moderne Wohnküche und gemütlicher Sitzbereich, Sichtbalken. Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht.

Ausstattung:
Gut ausgerüstete Küche, Küchentücher; Abwaschmittel; Kehricht inbegriffen.
Bettwäsche und Badwäschetücher inklusive. Ganze Wohnung mit Parkettboden.

Schlafen:
2 Einzelbetten in abgetrennter Schlafnische mit großem Dachfenster.

Parkplatz: Öffentlicher Parkplatz vor dem Haus in der Quartierstrasse. (Fr. 15.-/Tag 7-19h pflichtig, sonst frei, oder mit Parkscheibe nachstellen; Sonntags ganztags frei) oder pro Woche pauschal CHF 75.-.

Öffentlicher Nahverkehr in der Stadtzone im Aufenthalt kostenlos und inbegriffen (Gästekarte).

Hunde: Mit Rücksichtnahme auf Bewohner und Gäste sind freundliche Hunde die nicht haaren nach Rücksprache bei der Buchungsanfrage willkommen. Aufgrund des Zusatzaufwandes bei der Reinigung verrechnen wir einmalig pro Aufenthalt CHF 20.-.

    “The apartment was everything I was looking for in a holiday home: a bright, immaculate, lovely, comfortable, quiet nest with a private terrace and one of the best views of Luzern. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The host was very helpful, responding to questions immediately. The city guest pass made for carefree--and cost-free!--travel around Luzern and neighboring towns. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Positiv: Beautiful, comfortable apartment with an incredible view. Negativ: N/A Restaurant: Restaurant Schwanen (Cafe de Ville), Schwanenplatz 4, Luzern - A great place to stop for an elegant, relaxing lunch or coffee in the heart of the city. The historic building is right across the street from the lake, which is visible from the window-lined dining room and the terrace. Excellent cuisine and service will fortify you for an afternoon of exploring! Ausflüge: The Rosengart Collection, Pilatusstrasse 10, 6003 Luzern - One of my absolute favorite museums for impressionist to modernist art. Worth visiting for the building alone!”

    “Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Appartment, in dem man bequem eine Woche zubringen kann. Positiv: Die Lage war, wenn auch nicht sonderlich zentral, sehr schön. Der Balkon war herrlich und die Beschreibung war 100% korrekt. Negativ: ...sind schon ein paar, zum Teile engere, Treppen die man das Gepäck hochtragen muss. Ausserdem kann es im Sommer sehr unangenehm warm unterm Dach werden. Zum Glück gab es einen Ventilator. Restaurant: Pastarazzi - Italienisches Restaurant, auf Nudelgerichte spezialisiert, sehr lecker und gutes preis/leistungs Verhältnis.”
