WC und separates Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Elektrische Küche mit 4-Platten Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlabteil,Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Kaffeefiltermaschine. Alles komplett eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss.

Zusätzliches Kleinkind auf Anfrage möglich, Kinderbett kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
