Our apartments are located in a quiet but central spot on the sun plateau of Telfes, the sunniest place in the Stubaital valley.

Whether for families with children, quiet connoisseurs, or active athletes, we offer comfortable apartments for both summer and winter.

The "Serles" apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony from where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
It is lovingly and comfortably furnished and offers space for 2-4 people on 40m ². The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer.

Each of our apartments has free WiFi and free covered parking.
In winter you can safely store your equipment such as skis and snowboards in our lockable ski room.
We also have a lockable bike room for your e-bikes.
The large garden in front of our house invites you to take a rest in a deck chair, especially in summer.
