Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit 2 Betten und eines mit 3 Betten sowie eine Galerie mit einer weiteren Schlafstelle. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit gemütlicher Chemineé Ecke. Zwei Balkone lassen den Blick frei nach Süden in das Ski- und Wandergebiet. Die Küche ist mit Elektroherd, Mikrowelle und Abwaschmaschine ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine/Tumbler für die Benutzung mit Münzautomaten ist im Keller. In der Tiefgarage steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Auch ein Ski Raum für Ski und Schuhe ist vorhanden. Die nächste Transportanlage mit Verbindung zum Skigebiet ist die Sesselbahn Platz, zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum mit Post und VOLG Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Im Winter fährt ab Weinachten bis Ostern täglich alle 30 Minuten der Gratis-Sport Bus die Strecke Südelhöhe – Rothorn, damit sind alle Talstationen und auch das Zentrum Sörenberg bestens erschlossen, die Haltestelle ist vor dem Haus.
