The beautiful luxury villa Eleganza is located on the island of Korčula, in the town of Vela Luka. This is the youngest island settlement and the birthplace of many artists.

An untouched oasis, surrounded by clear turquoise sea and dense pine forest, with more than 100 km of hiking and cycling trails, Vela Luka is a true paradise for lovers of nature and active tourism. Due to the protected and deep bay, Vela Luka is also the safest yachting port in the southern Adriatic.

This newly built contemporary beauty with a sea view is ready to open its doors from the summer of 2023 and offers its guests 120 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 350 m2, and behind the villa Eleganza is the sister villa Pinia. Villas can be rented as separate units or as a complex of two villas that will be ideal for larger groups of guests.

Villa Eleganza can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6. Guests will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (1x160x200) and (2x180x200). Each room has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. Two rooms are located on the upper floor, where there is also a loggia with a view of the Adriatic Sea, where you will drink your morning coffee on the sofa. The third room is located on the ground floor.

On the ground floor there is a modern equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends, and you will try them in the dining room at the dining table. In the living room, you will relax on a nice sofa watching TV, your favourite series or movies.

The outdoor terrace represents real luxury thanks to the view of the sparkling sea, the pool of 24 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Next to the overflow pool there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing, where you will have the opportunity to rest in peace and quiet. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can try the culinary skills of preparing meat or fish.

Additional facilities at your disposal are a washing machine, dryer and iron, 1 separate toilet, as well as a feeder and a baby cot. As an additional bed for two people, there is also a sofa bed.

Those who want to bring pets with them on holiday will be able to do so because the villa is pet friendly. A maximum of two dogs can stay in the villa (€10 per dog per day).

The courtyard of the villa is partially fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces. Also, there is a charger for electric cars.

The houses have green roofs with Mediterranean plants. Some of the plants on green roofs are olive, lavender, mimosa, bougainvillea.

Vela Luka is also the cradle of Klapa songs and a rich folklore heritage that you can enjoy in the summer months at the market of the Church of St. Josip.

As you walk through Vela Luka, you will fall in love with the mosaics along the promenade in the centre of town. Magical sunsets in 1000 shades of red are an unforgettable memory of the days spent in Vela Luka. Whoever comes to Vela Luka once, always returns.
