Nancy and Jérôme invite you to come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the village of Cabestany. Their gîte, Le rosier, is a beautiful, contemporary, detached single-storey villa (72 m²) offering all the modern comforts and facilities you could wish for. You can enjoy the swimming pool shared with the owners. All set in a garden adorned with palm trees and other shrubs and plants. We look forward to welcoming you soon. In the heart of the village of Cabestany, this beautiful detached single-storey villa has a private, unenclosed 50 m² terrace. The living room (sofa bed for 1 person) and kitchen open onto this terrace, as do the two bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Shower room. Independent WC. Also on site, a magnificent house dating from the 1930s, offering 2 adjoining gîtes on one level, each with its own entrance and private terrace. The owners' residence is on the first floor. From June to September, the owners' swimming pool (7.3 x 3.5 and a depth of 0.90 to 1.50) is shared, with opening times from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Private enclosed parking is available. 900 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers.
As indicated in the conditions, for special reasons (mainly allergies) we are unable to accommodate animals, except for visually impaired people. However, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss this matter, depending on the species of animal.
