Villa Donata has a modern exterior. The villa consists of two apartments, each with its own kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as covered terraces.
One of the flats is located on the ground floor of the villa, which makes the villa suitable for families with children. In this apartment there is a living room that exudes a cosy atmosphere, a fully equipped kitchen where you will love to prepare your delicacies, as well as 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a shared bathroom.
On the second floor there is an apartment with a living room where you will also feel the warmth of the home atmosphere, as well as a smaller but no less well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and a bathroom.
Both apartments have access to covered terraces where you can enjoy your favourite drink.
Outside, you can refresh yourself in the pool and relax on the sun loungers by the pool. For the preparation and consumption of delicacies, there is a charcoal grill next to which there is a table and benches where your loved ones can enjoy the wonderful smells while you prepare the food, and then delight their palates with delicious morsels.Pridraga is a place near Zadar and is characterised by its almost untouched nature and beaches. Vrulje beach is located in the northern part of the town. The pebble beach is easily accessible. On the west coast of Pridraga is the somewhat secluded Bukva beach. As you walk along the beach, the terrain changes from fine sand to pebbles and you can find shade under the tall, fragrant pine trees. The access to the sea is gentle and therefore suitable for small children.
Zadar is a town over three thousand years old, whose austere centre is surrounded by city walls. Kalelarga is the heart of Zadar and the main street that takes you to almost all the sights and cultural monuments in the city. It is unavoidable to visit the church of St Donat from the 9th century, which is the most famous symbol of the city of Zadar. We also recommend a visit to the Zadar Forum, the Cathedral of St. Stoija, from whose 54 metre high bell tower you can see the whole of Zadar, the sea, the islands and the Velebit mountain range. If you want to hear the sound of the sea, be sure to visit the Sea Organ and enjoy the sunset, which was once enjoyed by Alfred Hitchcock. The installation Greeting to the Sun makes your stay on the quay simply spectacular.
