This fantastic Villa Vivas is located just a short drive from Porec. The villa has 2 bedrooms, all decorated in their own style, from charmingly romantic to urban, and can accommodate up to 4+2 guests. All bedrooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The open-plan living area consists of a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with large sliding doors from which you have direct access to the terrace and pool area. If you want to spend your holiday in the sun, the pool area is just the place for relaxing moments. The large pool invites you to take a refreshing dip on warm summer days, or you can make yourself comfortable on one of the comfortable sun loungers while reading your favourite book. A lovely covered terrace with a dining table is just a few steps away. There is also a gas barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. You can cosy up in the seating area with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sea breeze. This unique villa is suitable for families and groups. So if you find yourself in a place like this, you should not miss this opportunity...Villa Vivas is located in the small village of Stranii, in the municipality of Nova Vas. The villa is only a few minutes' drive from Pore, a beautiful historic town on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. Pore is known for its narrow stone streets and especially for the Euphrasian Basilica, which is part of the UNESCO cultural heritage. Take a stroll through the old town centre or along the promenade by the sea, visit numerous galleries and shops selling traditional souvenirs. For all culture lovers, we recommend a visit to Pula, the largest tourist town in Istria, with its famous amphitheatre dating back to Roman times. Not far from Pula is the Brijuni National Park, the only national park in Istria. Brijuni is a group of islands and islets that offer diverse vegetation, numerous hiking trails and even a safari park with exotic animals. Central Istria is a centre of attraction for all lovers of gastronomy. Here you can go in search of truffles and then learn how to prepare them. Try Istrian specialities such as fuzi with truffles, ombolo or Istrian bokarin. Istria is a special place that you will want to return to again and again.
