Villa Design Aqua, located on a large property surrounded by vineyards and a private forest with hammocks and benches, will take even the pickiest guests' breath away. It's hard to truthfully describe this marvellous property as it truly offers so much to guests. The villa has a private handball and badminton court for the exclusive use of Villa Design Aqua guests, a fitness and sauna house with an infra-sauna and steam room, a golf course and a wonderful, inviting pool where you will spend most of your holiday. To ensure that you will want for nothing, there is a small kitchenette with a fridge for refreshments next to the pool. You will also find a jacuzzi on the upper level of the terrace. Take a stroll through the carefully tended garden and enjoy its peace and tranquillity, as well as the scent of the Mediterranean flowers.

Both outside and inside, the villa offers everything you could possibly need on holiday. With a total of 5 bedrooms, Villa Design Aqua can accommodate 10-12 people. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have a TV and a private bathroom so that you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed. One of the bedrooms has a private, covered terrace overlooking the pool area and the surrounding area. Each high-quality piece of furniture has been specially designed for this villa to create the perfect atmosphere. In each room you can view original paintings by Omer Berber and Tarik Berber which add to the charm of the villa. On the open-plan ground floor you will find the cosy living room, the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with the best Bosch household appliances and a Gaggia coffee machine.

On request, the villa owners can organise additional services: Chef service, chauffeur service, golf instructor, grocery shopping, childcare, yoga instructor, massage.... If you choose this villa, we can guarantee you the best holiday of your life! The location of Villa Design Aqua offers a perfect blend of peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, the well-known holiday destinations on the coast are within easy reach. The nearest coastal towns are Peroj and Fazana, known for their beautiful pebble beaches. In Faana you have the opportunity to take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia - Brijuni. Visit central Istria and enjoy the marvellous view of the landscape. Here you can also try the delicious Istrian cuisine: homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), Istrian pasta (fui) and Mediterranean homemade specialities. During your stay in Istria, visit the town of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre (25 km) and the beautiful town of Rovinj (20 km). The wooded area around Villa Design Aqua is private - here you can take a walk or simply relax on a bench or in a hammock.

If you are travelling with a larger group, this villa can also be rented in combination with Villa Design Sole and Villa Design Terra.

A younger visitor group at this property is defined as a group of people aged 25 years or younger. If you are a younger visitor group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. If any damage is caused by the guests in your party, the cost of repairing any damage/replacing any damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.

The temperature of the heated swimming pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
