The building is located at Himmelreichstraße 31 in Gmunden and has 2 residential units.
It is located at the foot of the Grünberg and is therefore the ideal starting point for hikes and ski tours.
The walk to the lake can be done in about 20 minutes. It takes less than 5 minutes by bike or car.
The location is very quiet and the modern apartments (NEW since 2023) invite you to relax. There is also WiFi, a washing machine and a ski or bike cellar. All apartments have a private outdoor area.
In my private life, I also live in an apartment in the house.

The apartment has around 40 m2, its own entrance and its own small garden with outdoor seating. The facilities include a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, and there is enough space for jackets and shoes in the hallway. Bicycles can be stored in the video-monitored bike and ski cellar. Towels and bed linen are provided by the hosts.
