Situated amidst the beautiful Southern Ardèche landscape, this expansive holiday home, is part of a larger property housing four additional holiday homes. The thoughtful positioning, approximately 600 - 1000 m apart, ensures utmost privacy for each accommodation.

This holiday home is meticulously designed for comfort and convenience:

The ground floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool, terraces, and dining area. A spacious dining area, a cosy sitting area with a corner sofa, along with two bedrooms and bathrooms offer ample comfort on the ground floor. Moving upstairs, a TV lounge with a wood stove greets guests. The first floor hosts most of the remaining bedrooms, while the eighth room is on the second floor.

Outside, the property sprawls across unfenced land, offering table tennis and a pétanque pitch. A south-facing covered terrace equipped with a bread oven, and a built-in barbecue invites leisurely gatherings. The private swimming pool, secured by a barrier and gate, measures 11.5m x 4.3m and features sunbeds. A pool house with a fridge and garden furniture adds to the convenience.

The property is situated in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between Barjac and Saint Ambroix in southern Ardeche and not far from Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc. You will find all the shops in Saint Ambroix, about 5 km.
Many typical villages around and markets with regional specialties to enjoy. Water sports lovers are close to the gorges of the Ardèche and the Cèze valley.
The area between low Ardèche, Provence and Cevennes is ideal for touring and visiting the region. Many caves to visit: Pont d'Arc Cavern, Aven d'Orgnac, Cocalière, Salamandre. The Bambouseraie in the Cevennes near Anduze can be visited together with the small train of the Cevennes, enjoy the beautiful landscapes.
Please note: Pool maintenance occurs every morning. Guests can also explore an 8.5 km fitness track situated on the property, ideal for walking or mountain biking adventures.
