Nestled amidst vineyards and olive trees, this spacious holiday farmhouse in Saint Sauveur de Cruzières is a serene haven serving as an ideal starting point to explore the enchanting realms of both Provence and the Cévennes. The farmhouse comprises two independent wings, divided by a patio. It's part of a private property housing four other holiday home, each boasting a private pool, distanced 600 - 1000 m from one another.

The house features a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a small sitting room with an open fireplace, a TV room reached by 3 steps, a spacious veranda ideal for al fresco dining, along with several bedrooms, each having its private shower room and WC.

The outdoor space features unfenced land, a pétanque pitch, table tennis, and a volleyball court. The private enclosed pool is secured by barriers and a gate and offers a paved pool terrace with sun loungers. Additional amenities include a pool house and a terrace with a charcoal barbecue.

The house is situated in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between Barjac and Saint Ambroix in Southern Ardèche, not far from Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc. You will find shops in Saint Ambroix, about 5 km away.
Nearby you visit the many charming villages and markets with regional specialties to taste. For water sports you are close to the Ardèche gorges and the Cèze Valley.
The central location between Southern Ardèche, Provence and Cévennes is ideal to discover the region and its many caves: Pont d'Arc Cave, Aven d'Orgnac, the Cocalière, the Salamander.
The famous bamboo park near Anduze and the little steam train of the Cévennes are also very worth visiting.
Important note: The pool undergoes daily cleaning in the early morning. Guests can explore an 8.5 km fitness trail on the property by foot or mountain bike. The expansive estate comprises four other holiday rentals, each with its private pool, positioned approximately 600 - 1000 m apart from one another.
