This rented stone farmhouse in the sleepy village of Maubec offers a relaxing, rustic retreat in the French countryside. The main farmhouse has a kitchen, dining room, living room and bedrooms with air conditioning. There are shared bathrooms and a scullery with a washing machine. Upstairs there are further bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The independent apartment has a kitchen area, a living area, a sofa bed and a shower room. Outside, the property offers extensive fenced grounds, a terrace with barbecue, a sun terrace with panoramic views and a communal pool secured by an automatic roller shutter gate. Occasionally guests share the pool with the owners, who live in a separate part of the property. Maubec is a quiet village at the foot of the Luberon. There you will find the nearest shopping facilities: Grocery store, bakery, restaurant, bar. For more choice, you will have to drive to the villages of Robion or Coustellet, about 3 km away, or to the town of Cavaillon, 9 km away.
