Only approx. 200 m from Lake Malchow and just under 600 m from the beautiful beach at Lake Fleesensee, this holiday apartment for up to 3 people, renovated in 2020, is located on the owners' fully fenced residential property of approx. 900 m² in the basement of a detached house. Shopping facilities and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away, and the surrounding area offers beautiful forest paths for cycling or hiking.

The approx. 44 square metre non-smoking apartment with two separate entrances, central heating and insect screens on the windows has a living room (couch, flat-screen TV, radio/music system with CD player), a kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed 1.40 m wide, 1 x sofa bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer, towel warmer). There is also a seating area in the garden with a pavilion and barbecue, bicycle storage facilities on the enclosed property and parking spaces in front of the house.

The total price includes the final cleaning as well as electricity and water costs, please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee.
